What’s more thirst-quenching and healthy in the morning with breakfast than a glass of Carrot Juice?
- 3 Carrot
- 1/2 cup Water
- 1/4 tsp Black salt
- 1/2 tsp Lemon juice
- 1 tbsp Honey
STEPS TO MAKE CARROT JUICE
First of all, wash carrots and peel off its skin using a peeler. Afterwards, chop them into cube-sized and blend them in the blender.
Now, add 1/2 cup water, 1/4 black salt, 1/2 tsp lemon juice and 1 tbsp honey. Blend for a min. Strain the juice by mashing the pulp. Also, Strain remaining pulp.
Serve the Carrot Juice immediately.
