I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, any food with cheese in it eventually makes everything better.
Considering how much I absolutely love Cheese, I decided to make something which we Indians eat every day aka Roti or Paratha plus cheese. hence, decided to make Cheese Paratha :)<3
However, The first time I made this Cheese Paratha, I had no intention of it becoming a regular thing cause cheese is KINDA unhealthy and buying every day just for making paratha is expensive (at least for me). However, If you planning to make this recipe, I bet that you won’t be able to think straight (okay I’m exaggerating a Lil much lol) but trust me, the taste gonna be 🔥🔥🔥
I mean, who would have thought that a simple paratha can be turned out to be so easy to make and at the same time, absolutely delicious?

- 1/2 cup All-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup Wheat flour
- Salt as required
- 1 tbsp Vegetable oil
- 3-4 pinch Black pepper powder
- 1/4 tsp Pizza seasoning
- 1/4 tsp Chilli flakes
- Salt as required
With cheese slice
- 1 pinch Black pepper powder
- 1 pinch Pizza seasoning
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Chilli flakes
STEPS TO MAKE CHEESE PARATHA
To a large bowl, add 1/2 cup all-purpose flour, 1/2 wheat flour, salt as required ( I added 1/4 tsp salt) and 1 tbsp vegetable oil or ghee. mix everything well.
Now, add little by little water and mix to a smooth soft dough. Cover and keep aside.
In another bowl, grate some mozzarella cheese and add 3-4 pinch black pepper powder, 1/4 tsp pizza seasoning, 1/4 tsp chilli flakes, salt as required (I added 1 pinch, Remember guys, use salt as less as you can cause cheese already contains salt). mix well.
Roll out and cut the dough into balls. Now, roll the ball into circular motion until you have a circle with the help of a rolling pin.
Brush with butter on the sides and place cheese stuffing in the centre. fold the edges and seal it tightly. Roll the paratha circle/ square again in a large circle.
If you want to make it with cheese slice then, again roll the ball into circular motion until you have a circle with the help of a rolling pin. brush with butter on the sides and place a cheese slice in the centre.
Then add 1 pinch black pepper powder, 1 pinch pizza seasoning, 1 pinch salt, 1 pinch chilli flakes. place another cheese slice on the top. fold the edges and seal it tightly. Roll the paratha circle/ square again in a large circle.
Put a Tawa or skillet on medium flame and grease some ghee or butter on it.
Once the Tawa get hot enough, place the paratha on it and cook from both sides by applying ghee or butter.
Serve these cheese paratha hot immeditely.
