Folks, today we’re talking about Potato Sandwich. Normally Potato Sandwich isn’t the sort of food that would require a recipe because making them is pretty simple plus one can make their own type of sandwich by using their favourite veggies and cheese and mustard etc. But, today I’m sharing my favourite sandwich recipe that I completely adore. The ingredient list is very short and full of veggies that you can always find in your kitchen pantry.

Potato Sandwich

Ingredients
  

  • 4 Boiled potato
  • 6 Bread slices
  • 2 tbsp Cucumber (Finely chopped)
  • 1 Tomato (Finely chopped)
  • 1/2 Capcism (chopped)
  • 1 Onion (Finely chopped)
  • 2 tbsp Carrot (Finely chopped)
  • 1 tbsp Coriander leaves (Finely chopped)
  • 1 Green chilli (Finely chopped)
  • 1 tsp Chat masala
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper powder
  • 2-3 pinch Salt
  • 1 tsp Red chilli sauce
  • 2 tbsp Tomato ketchup
  • 2 tbsp Ghee/clarified butter

STEPS TO MAKE POTATO SANDWICH

STEP 1

To a large bowl, grate the boiled potatoes and add 2 tbsp finely chopped cucumber, 1 finely chopped tomato, 1/2 finely chopped capsicum, 1 finely chopped onion, 2 tbsp finely chopped carrot, 1 tbsp finely chopped coriander leaves, 1 finely chopped green chilli, 1 tsp chat masala, 1/4 tsp black salt, 1/4 tsp black pepper powder, 2-3 pinch salt, 1 tsp red chilli sauce and 2 tbsp tomato ketchup. Mix everything very well.

STEP 2

Afterwards, take 2 bread slices and spread some potato stuffing over the slices (You can also place a cheese slice over the stuffing if you want) and cover with another bread slice. now, grease some ghee/clarified butter on a non-stick pan on low to medium flame and place one sandwich on it. Sprinkle some ghee on the top and flip it after 3 mins then cook for another 3 mins. and you’re done!

STEP 3

Cut the sandwich into triangles and serve it immediately along with ketchup.
