STEPS TO MAKE SABUDANA LADOO
Sauté 100 gm sago/ sabudana on low to medium heat for 1-2 mins. Afterwards, blend in a blender.
Now, roast 100 gm peanuts for approx. 10 mins on low flame. Grind it to powder. (make sure to remove the skin of the peanuts before grinding.)
Roast powdered sabudana for 2 mins on medium flame and add 2 tbsp ghee. Mix well. Now, turn the flame on low and add 4 tbsp desiccated coconut. Cook for 2-3 mins and turn off the flame. Now, transfer the mixture to a bowl.
Afterwards, add the roasted powdered peanuts in it, 1/4 tsp green cardamom powder, 1/2 cup powdered sugar and mix everything well. Now, for binding the ladoos, you can either add 2 tbsp ghee OR 2 tbsp milk. So, here I’m adding milk and knead lightly.
Take a small piece of dough and roll between your palm to form a round shape. Repeat the same process with the remaining dough and there you go! our Sabudana Ladoo is done!
