Another exciting sweet recipe for you this week! woohoo!!
Have you ever encountered a Sweet recipe that used neither Khoya/ mawa nor condensed milk or flour? well apparently, this delicious 2 ingredients Sandesh (a popular Bengali sweet) is a perfect recipe, plus they come out moist & delicious every time. A healthy sweet dish without the fuss.
For making this recipe, all you have to knead paneer, sugar and cardamom powder together. cook and refrigerate and boom! there, you have a simple and delicious Sandesh on the table. The best part? It was made with no condensed milk and all-purpose flour, but you can, of course, add them if you wish. Anyways, I’m thrilled for you to try it.

Ingredients
- 300 g Paneer
- 100 gm Powdered sugar
- 1/4 tsp Cardamom powder
Instructions
- Cut 300 g Paneer into cubes and blend well till smooth.
- Add 100 g Powdered sugar/ confectioners' sugar and cardamom powder.
- Knead until smooth.
- transfer the prepared mixture to the kadhai or non-stick pan.
- cook until the mixture started loosing out all moisture.
- Turn off the gas and transfer the mixture to another plate.
- Allow it to cool down for 5 mins.
- Add food colour to make it look more eye-catching .
- Knead lightly.
- Make round shaped balls from it and flatten slightly.
- Garnish with sliced pistachios or tutti fruti.
- Place it in the fridge for 15 minutes before serving. Enjoy!

STEPS TO MAKE SANDESH
STEP 1
Cut 300 g Paneer into cubes and blend well till smooth.
STEP 2
Transfer it to a large plate. Now, add 100 g Powdered sugar/ confectioners’ sugar and cardamom powder. knead until smooth.
STEP 3
Afterwards, transfer the prepared mixture to the kadhai or non-stick pan. turn the flame low to medium and cook until the mixture started loosing out all moisture. Turn off the gas and transfer the mixture to another plate. Allow it to cool down for 5 mins.
STEP 4
You can also add food colour to make it look more eye-catching (I added 2-3 drop yellow food colour). Knead lightly. Now, make round shaped balls from it and flatten slightly.
STEP 5
Garnish with sliced pistachios or tutti fruti. Place it in the fridge for 15 minutes before serving.
