Ingredients
  

For making Aalu Bonda

  • 3 Boiled potato (Medium-sized)
  • 1 tsp Oil
  • 1/4 tsp Cumin seeds
  • 1 inch Grated ginger
  • 1 Green chilli (Chopped)
  • 4-5 Curry leaves
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper powder
  • Rock salt as required
  • 1 tbsp Chopped coriander leaves
  • 1 tbsp Roasted peanuts

For making the batter

  • 6 tbsp Singhara ka atta
  • Rock salt as required
  • 3-4 pinch Black pepper powder
  • 1/4 tsp Roasted cumin seeds
  • 6 tbsp Water
  • Oil for frying

For making Aalu Raita

  • 100 gm Curd
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper powder
  • Black salt as required
  • 1/4 tsp Roated cumin powder
  • 1 tsp Chopped coriander leaves

For making Tadka

  • 1 tsp Oil
  • 1/4 tsp Cumin seed
  • 1 Green chilli
  • 4-5 Curry leaves
